7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with BetterListing for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of your first payment.
2. Only first-time payments are eligible. Subsequent billing cycles (2nd month, 3rd month, etc.) are not refundable.
3. You must have generated no more than 10 listings using the paid plan. If you have used more than 10 listings, the refund request will be denied.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@getbetterlisting.com with your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Upon processing a refund, your subscription will be canceled and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
- Accounts that have generated more than 10 listings on the paid plan.
- Second or subsequent billing cycles.
- Accounts previously refunded (one refund per customer).
